These wholesome biscuits are packed with oats, natural pumpkin seeds, blueberries, yogurt and honey. Oats and pumpkin seeds are are both good sources of fibre with oats also being rich in vitamins B5 and B9 and many minerals. Chamomile has been used for centuries in herbal medicine and is used to calm and ease stress.
